"I had the worst experience with Wendy at this state farm office. I have been sending in a form for 3 months, and none of the people in this office could contact me to say it was missing something. Like I'm supposed to know their protocols. I dont work there, thats not my job. I called and left voice-mails, have sent multiple emails, and nothing. Crickets. They have been overcharging me for 3 months and refused to contact me in person until today when I said I'd get another agent who could help me in a TIMELY, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL manner. The absolute worst in customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I did."

"A little over a month ago I was in a car accident (some guy attempted to make a u turn in a parking lot and could clear the curb, put his car into reverse and back right into my drive side door), Cindy answered my call on a weekend, between her and her team, they helped me get all the information i needed. The helped me file a claim with the other drivers insurance and even helped me in filing a claim with them when we discovered the other driver's policy was cancled months prior. So greatful they take such care of their clients."

"I have been with State Farm since forever. My husband was an AllState customer. It took several years, but he finally decided to make the switch! We have more coverage AND included life insurance into our policy. We pay HALF of what we were paying with AllState. I had called a State Farm agent up here in Rio Rancho....they took FOREVER in getting me a quote and required so much information, after multiple phone calls and emails, I gave up. I called Cindy's office, told Wendy what we wanted and what needed coverage. Within 30 minutes I had my quote emailed to me. Finalization of everything was in the blink of an eye. What really took me by surprise was the fact that I needed to sign some paperwork. Wendy didn't say, "What time can you come into the office to sign the paperwork?" She said, "If you're comfortable, I can come to you." WHAT?! Nobody ever does that! You don't get customer service like that these days. I HIGHLY recommend Cindy and her State Farm team. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!"

"Worst agent I've ever experienced. Difficult to put it to words how awful of an experience I have had to continue to have with these people. As soon as I find alternative coverage I will cancel with them! I have spoken with you, cindy. You left me hanging at the mvd when I was trying to register my vehicle. Now my rates are completely out of whack and you guys can do nothing to explain it. My opening bill was 48 and was supposed to be that from them on. Second bill was 90 and supposedly was corrected and a credit issued. Next month I wasn't supposed to have much of a bill and what happens, 70 now! Corporate offices will now be called!!!"
